By accessing or using SmartStands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of service
SmartStands provides physical table stands with QR codes that allow businesses to collect Google reviews and private customer feedback. Our service includes stand registration, review redirection, and feedback collection.
3. Account registration
To use SmartStands, you must register an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each SmartStand can only be registered to one business account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use SmartStands for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Use the feedback system to collect personal data from customers beyond what is provided voluntarily
5. Intellectual property
The SmartStands brand, logo, website design, and all related content are the property of SmartStands. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
6. Feedback content
Businesses are responsible for how they use feedback received through SmartStands. Customer feedback is provided directly to the registered business. SmartStands does not moderate or filter feedback content.
7. Limitation of liability
SmartStands is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the SmartStand product.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SmartStands after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
